The author born in 1914 in Turkestan travelled to Dar al-Ulum Deoband and studied there for ten years until he graduated in 1944. His teachers include Shaykh al-Islam Mawlana Husain Ahmad Madni and Mawlana Muhammad Idris Kandhlawi.
