This work includes a two hundred and eighteen page introduction to Sayyiduna Hasan al-Basri by Shaykh Sher Ali Shah Madani. The two scholars submitted part of this work for their doctorates and then later completed the work.

They have included two thousand four hundred and eleven narrations taken from over a hundred works. They have also graded the narrations.

This edition of the work comes in five volumes bound in four books.
