An early twentieth-century Indian lithographic edition of Ibn Ḥajar al-ʿAsqalānī’s Nuzhat al-Naẓar fī Tawḍīḥ Nukhbat al-Fikar, accompanied by the marginal gloss ʿIqd al-Durar fī Jīd Nuzhat al-Naẓar of Muḥammad ʿAbd Allāh al-Tūnkī (d. 1339 AH/1920 CE). Printed in the traditional Indo-Muslim format, with the principal text occupying the centre of the page and the gloss and supplementary notes arranged in the margins. The work is devoted to the terminology and principles of ḥadīth criticism. This copy was printed in 1332 AH (1913–1914 CE).
