Mukhtasar Qawaid Mirath

Hazrat Mawlana Ashrafi Ali Thanwi instructed Mufti Jamil Ahmad to begin writing fatwas in the year 1360AH. Mufti Jamil Ahmad continued writing Fatwas until the year 1415AH. He was a master of Mirath and he formed his own qawaid which simplified the subject of Mirath. He passed away before he could finish his work on Mirath. His son taking from his father's notes has made additions to the incomplete work and has had it published.
